Limited Warranty for Watch
Thank you for purchasing our watch. We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and offer the following limited warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
We offer a limited warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts that prove to be defective under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications. It also does not cover the battery or normal fading or aging of the watch's finish or strap.
Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, please contact us through our customer service channels with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are experiencing. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of this watch.
