We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. For Australian addresses, delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, while delivery to New Zealand addresses can take up to 7-10 business days.
Tracking:
All orders are shipped using Australian Post's express and tracked delivery services. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your package on the Australian Post website.
Order Issues:
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with you to file a claim with Australian Post and arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand.
